In parallel to our production teams, our support services coordinate the actions of internal and external players.
Our quality team is responsible for the efficacy of our quality system, and the application of standards related to quality, the environment and energy efficiency. They also work in the fields of health, safety, hygiene and purchasing. Alongside our clients, our team monitors our performance and puts in place action plans for continuous improvement.
Our sales team is responsible for managing and developing the sales portfolio, and for market research within the framework of a sales policy and objectives set out by the sales department management team.
Our human resources team is responsible for payroll, training, staff safety and recruitment.
Our IT team is responsible for correlating information flows and goods flows, whilst listening to clients’ needs in order to set up innovative IT solutions. Bolstered by its extensive experience in transport and logistics, our team manages every part of the digital processes for the support teams (analysis, project management, development, databases, training) and professions (TMS, WMS, in-vehicle technology, EDI, payroll, accounting/finance, reports).
Our expenses and invoicing departments are responsible for managing driver expenses and client invoicing, taking into consideration the specific needs of our clients (transport documentation, etc.).
Our accounts team is responsible for maintaining our accounts, producing financial statements and the application of financial standards. It is also responsible for relations with banks, auditors, statutory auditors, clients and suppliers.
Our legal team is responsible for analysing and drafting all of our contracts with businesses, advising management, real estate management and relations with insurers, notaries, lawyers and other officers of the court.
