They must respect the client’s requirements in terms of quality and deadlines, whilst ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with regulations. They are also responsible for monitoring the quality of the service and communication between the operations department and drivers.
Chartering agent
Chartering agents research and manage external service providers for organizing freight transport. They act as an intermediary between clients and chartered transporters. They are responsible for receiving and entering orders, and for the sale of transport with a vehicle adapted to the client’s needs. They also monitor the quality of the service.

They are responsible for monitoring and identifying potential contracts, as well as client needs in order to find appropriate solutions.
