Breger training
Individual and collective performance are also part of our key training axes, which are:
- change management (technical, regulatory and organizational developments),
- professional development (professional skills),
- collective prevention.
Our training policy draws on a team of professional tutors (specializing in driving and logistics) with on-the-ground experience. Our tutors welcome all new recruits as part of the initiation process, and are supported by a team of driving instructors. They also provide training on regulations such as the FCO.
Throughout the contract, drivers must undergo role-specific training to ensure their ability to use special equipment (hydraulic arms, loading cranes,frigo, jumbo trailer, trailer truck etc.) or to improve their driving through training on the use of new vehicles and eco-driving.
